بررسي عوامل موثر بر نوآوري شهري: با تاكيد بر نقش دانشگاه ها

Investigating factors affecting urban innovation: Emphasizing the role of universities

نوآوري، كليد رشد و توسعه اقتصادي و تحقق اهداف بلندمدت برنامه ريزي هاي اجتماعي – اقتصادي است. لذا توجه به ابعاد مختلف آن در محيط هاي مختلف، مي تواند راه گشاي حركت به سمت توسعه يافتگي باشد. در اين بين، توجه به نوآوري در محيط هاي شهري به سبب افزايش توده شهرنشين و بالتبع آن، افزايش فرصت ها و چالش هاي شهرنشيني داراي اهميت دوچنداني است. لذا در اين مقاله، به بررسي نوآوري شهري بر اساس گروه بندي انجام شده توسط گزارش جغرافياي شهري (2022) و دو پيامد اصلي توسعه نوآوري شهري، سرمايه گذاري مستقيم خارجي و اشتغال مي پردازد. نتايج حاصل نشانگر آن است كه شهرهاي موفق در زمينه توسعه نوآوري شهري در هر دو بخش ظرفيت ها و استعدادهاي نوآوري، عملكرد بهتري نسبت به ساير شهرها داشته اند و همچنين، سرمايه انساني ويژه (نخبگان) به عنوان يكي از مهمترين دستاوردهاي نظام دانشگاهي كارآمد، نقش مهمي در توسعه نوآوري بر عهد دارند. لذا، انتظار بر اين است كه توسعه دانشگاه هاي نوآور، به توسعه نوآوري شهري منتج گردد.

Innovation is the key to economic growth and development and the realization of long-term goals of socio-economic planning. Therefore, paying attention to its different dimensions in different environments can open the way to move towards development. In the meantime, attention to innovation in urban environments is of double importance due to the increase in the mass of urban dwellers and consequently, the increase in the opportunities and challenges of urbanization. Therefore, this article examines urban innovation with emphasis on the role of universities. The results show that successful cities in the field of urban innovation development have performed better than other cities in both areas of innovation capacities and talents, and also, as one of the most important achievements of an efficient university system, special human capital (elites) plays an important role in the development of innovation. Therefore, it is expected that the development of innovative universities will lead to the development of urban innovation..
