چكيده فارسي :
دانشگاه ها از يكسو تأمين كننده نيروي انساني متخصص در سطح عالي هستند و از سوي ديگر بسياري از توانايي هاي علمي، تحقيقاتي و آزمايشگاهي در آنجا متمركز شده است. بنابراين دانشگاه به عنوان مجموعه اي آكادميك كه‌به‌طور‌مستمر‌پردازش‌علمي و‌پژوهشي در‌آن‌صورت‌ميگيرد، ميتواند‌تقويت كننده نهاد‌صنعت باشد‌و از اين طريق است‌كه صنعت‌و اقتصاد در يك جامعه ميتواند‌توسعه و ارتقا‌يابد. اين‌پژوهش‌با هدف سرمايه هاي انساني و ضرورت تعامل دانشگاه و صنعت صورت پذيرفت. اين مطالعه به بررسي پژوهش هايي در خصوص تعاملات بين صنعت‌و دانشگاه به‌شكل ادبيات مروري بررسي پرداخته است.براي يافتن مستندات مرتبط‌با سرمايه هاي انساني و جايگاه آن در صنعت، جستجو در پايگاه داده هاي اطلاعاتي Sid، Ensani، Civilica، Magiran،Sciencedirect، Scopus از‌زمان‌ابداع‌اين پايگاه ها تا‌پاييز1401 به‌دو‌زبان‌فارسي و‌انگليسي انجام شد.از‌مجموع مطالعه موجود در‌پايگاه داده هاي اطلاعاتي مورد بررسي، 18 مطالعه واجد معيارهاي ورود‌به‌مطالعه بودند كه‌منابع اطلاعاتي اين مطالعه‌را‌تشكيل دادند. گزارش هاي اخير در‌مورد نتايج اصلي پژوهش‌نشان‌ميدهد كه دانشگاه در هزاره سوم نقش آفرين اصلي تحولات اجتماعي بوده و در واقع كانون اصلي تربيت نيروي انساني متخصص‌و آموزش ديده به حساب مي آيد كه با برخورداري از ايده ها و انديشه هاي نو ميتواند هر لحظه در شريان هاي حياتي جامعه كه حركت‌رو به رشد دارد نيروي نويني را تزريق نموده و صنعت‌نيز با‌به كار بستن ايده هاي نوظهور دانشگاهيان ميتواند انديشه توسعه اقتصادي و‌اجتماعي جامعه‌را‌محقق سازد.نتايج اين مطالعه مروري نشان داد كه چالش هايي پيش‌روي جامعه‌در زمينه‌اشتغال بالاخص اشتغال فارغ التحصيلان دانشگاهي از سوي ديگر لزوم توسعه مهارتهاي شغلي و كارآفريني را دوچندان كرده است و كمبود مهارت هاي كافي براي استخدام پذيري و‌كارآفريني مهمترين چالش فارغ التحصيلان‌دانشگاهي است.بررسي وضعيت صنعتي و‌تحقيقاتي كشور‌نشان ميدهد كه رابطه محكمي ميان دولت،دانشگاه و‌صنعت آنطور كه بايد وجود‌ندارد‌يعني يك اتحادي محكم‌مشاهده نميشود.اگرچه ممكن است در‌برخي موارد ارتباط منطقي و‌مناسبي هم برقرار‌شده باشد،اما‌كافي نبوده‌است.

Background Aims: On The one Hand, Universities Provide High-Level Specialist Human Resources, and on The Other Hand, Many Scientific, Research and Laboratory Capabilities are Concentrated There. Therefore, The University, As An Academic Complex That Continuously Conducts Scientific and Research Processes, Can Strengthen The Institution Of Industry, And It Is Through This That Industry And Economy In a Society Can Develop And Improve. This Research was Done With The aim of Human Capital and The Necessity of Interaction Between University and Industry. Methodology: This Study Examines The Researches about Interactions Between Industry and University in The Form of a Literature Review. In order to find documents related to human capital and its place in the industry, a search was made in Sid, Ensani, Civilica, Magiran, Sciencedirect, Scopus databases from the time these databases were invented until the fall of 1401 in Persian and English languages. From the total number of articles in the investigated information database, 18 articles met the inclusion criteria, which formed the information sources of this study. Findings: Recent Reports on The Main Results of The Research Show That In The Third Millennium, The University Was The Main Player In The Social Transformations, and In fact, It Is Considered The Main Center For The Training of Specialized and Trained Human Resources, Which With The Possession of Ideas And Thoughts Innovation can Inject New Energy Into The Vital Arteries of The Growing Society at Any Moment, and The Industry can Realize The Idea of Economic and Social Development of The Society by Applying The Emerging Ideas of Academics. Conclusion: The Results of This Review Study Showed That The Challenges Facing The Society In The Field Of Employment, Especially The Employment of University Graduates, on The other Hand, Have Doubled The Need to Develop Job Skills and Entrepreneurship, and The Lack of Sufficient Skills for Employability and Entrepreneurship Is The most Important Challenge for University Graduates. Examining The Country s Industrial and Research Situation Shows That There Is no Strong Relationship Between The Government, University and Industry as It Should Be, That Is, a Strong Alliance Is not Observed. although In Some cases, a Logical And Appropriate Communication may have been Established, but It was not Enough.
