Investigating the impact of human resources system engineering on organizational productivity

هدف اين مقاله بررسي تاثير مهندسي سيستم منابع انساني بر بهره وري سازمان مي باشد در چارچوب يك كارخانه توليدي (كارخانه كابلسازي ايران) است. روش پژوهش بر اساس هدف كاربردي است. در اين تحقيق سيستم منابع انساني شامل 1- ايجاد توافقنامه عملكردي 2- فرهنگ سازماني 3- انگيزش كاركنان 4- اميد آفريني 5- ايجاد معنويت و همچنين بهره وري سازمان شامل 1- افزايش ميزان توليد 2- كاهش زمان توليد 3- كاهش ميزان ضايعات 4- كاهش خرابي هاي دستگاه ها 5- مصرف مواد اوليه 6- دوباره كاري ها 7- ميزان تنش هاي كاري شناسايي و طراحي و مورد تحليل و بررسي قرار گرفت. و درنهايت فرض اصلي پژوهش يعني مهندسي سيستم منابع انساني بر بهره وري سازمان موثر است مورد تاييد قرار مي گيرد.

The purpose of this article is to investigate the impact of human resource system engineering on the organization s productivity in the context of a manufacturing company (Iran Cable manufacturing company). The research method is based on practical purpose. In this article, the human resource system includes 1- creation of functional agreement 2- organizational culture 3- motivation of employees 4- creation of hope 5- creation of spirituality and Also, the productivity of the organization includes 1- Increasing the amount of production 2- Reducing the production time 3- Reducing the amount of waste 4- Reducing the breakdown of devices 5- Consumption of raw materials 6- Rework 7- The amount of work stress identified and designed and analyzed Was investigated. And finally, the main premise of the research, that is, Human resource system engineering is effective on the organization s productivity , is confirmed.
