Investigating the economic and political relations between Iran and Venezuela with the approach of systems dynamics from 1384 to 1401 - case of study: Iran Khodro company s export of products to Venezuela

با توجه به شرايط تحريم در دو كشور ونزوئلا و ايران روابط اقتصادي دو كشور بايد به‌ صورت هدفمند و با برنامه‌اي منسجم‌تر برقرار شود. روابط صحيح اقتصادي بين دو كشور ونزوئلا و ايران مي‌تواند درآمد سرانه دو كشور را افزايش داده و تحمل شرايط جنگ اقتصادي را آسان‌تر كند. در شرايط تحريم صادرات غير نفتي از اهميت بيشتري برخوردار است. يكي از كالاهاي غيرنفتي كه در روابط اقتصادي اين دو كشور موضوع معامله بوده‌است خودرو مي‌باشد، بنابراين بررسي تجربه صادرات خودروهاي ايراني به ونزوئلا از اين جهت داراي اهميت است. اين پژوهش از طريق بررسي اسناد و مصاحبه با خبرگان اين حوزه و با رويكرد سيستمي متغيرهايي كه بيشترين تأثير بر روابط اقتصادي ايران و ونزوئلا دارند را استخراج كرده‌است تا توصيف جامعي از مسئله داشته باشد. بازه زماني مدنظر اين پژوهش سال 1384 لغايت 1401 است و مورد مطالعه پژوهش، شركت ايران‌خودرو مي‌باشد همچنين از رويكرد پويايي سيستم ها براي ساختاردهي به مسئله استفاده شده است.

Considering the conditions of sanction in the two countries of Venezuela and Iran, the economic relations between the two countries should be established in a targeted manner and with a more coherent plan. Correct economic relations between the two countries of Venezuela and Iran can increase the per capita income of the two countries and make it easier to bear the conditions of economic war. It is more important in the conditions of sanction on non-oil exports. One of the non-oil goods that has been the subject of trade in the economic relations of these two countries is the car, so it is important to examine the experience of exporting Iranian cars to Venezuela. This research has extracted the variables that have the greatest impact on the economic relations between Iran and Venezuela through the review of documents and interviews with experts in this field in order to have a comprehensive description of the problem. The time frame of this research is from 1384 to 1401, and the subject of the research is Iran Khodro Company. Also, the system dynamics approach has been used to structure the problem.
