چكيده فارسي :
Intracellular bacteria can live in host cells. Therefore, they can survive in host cells and resist the phagocytic capacity of macrophages, neutrophils, and other phagocytic cells. Examples of intracellular bacteria include Mycobacterium species and Brucella species. Because these bacteria hide themselves within the host cell, recovering from an infection caused by intracellular bacteria is much more difficult than recovering from an infection caused by extracellular bacteria. In addition, intracellular bacteria can easily cause chronic inflammation and autoimmune disorders. The treatment of pathogenic bacteria and the prevention of reinfection can both benefit from the utilization of nanopharmaceutical technologies. Nanodrugs are distinguished by their ability to precisely target their desired effect despite their small size. The use of conventional antimicrobial treatments necessitates the administration of medications on a regular basis and for an extended period of time, whereas the utilization of nanodrugs is an efficient technique for providing timely therapy. According to the research findings, nanomedicine has the potential to serve as an alternate therapeutic strategy for intracellular bacteria.
