Silymarin has been effective in the treatment of liver disease such as, fatty liver, and inflammation of the bile duct. 2-Researchers of University of Louisville say a new method for drug delivery using natural plant fats. In this method, small particles of edible plant cells known as exosomes are used in order to transfer a variety of therapeutic agents, including anticancer drugs and DNA, RNA Proteins antibodies. Exosomes are obtained from fruits and edible plants. 3- Macrophages largely depend on the tissue location in which they are present, for example in the liver they are known as Kuepfer cells Conclusion: In most cases, the difference between monocytes and macrophages is determined by their Location and structure. 4- Through microchips in the nanotechnology industry and has been carried out to very advanced stages where laboratory cells similar to microphages can be produced. Conclusion: Exosomes have more accurate effect than other biological carriers ,are a promising tool for drug delivery. U of L who have developed a new method for drug delivery using natural fats of plants, and in this way, in order to transfer a variety of therapeutic agents. According to Marti gal oils, this method can be used with the help of drug delivery to the body from nanoparticles.
