آتش سوزي، انفجار و آلودگي زيست محيطي جدي ترين «غيرقابل پيش بيني» است كه زندگي را تحت تأثير قرار مي دهد و زيان هاي تجاري را بر صنايع هيدروكربني امروزي تأثير مي گذارد. اين مسائل اساساً از زمان آغاز عمليات نفتي و شيميايي در مقياس صنعتي در اواسط قرن گذشته وجود داشته است.بنابراين بايد تصميماتي براي اندازه گيري اين خطر براي كاهش موارد خطر آفرين و به روز آن گرفته شود. اين مقاله ابتدا با توضيحي از پيشينه ي حفاظت آتش و نياز آن در صنايع شيميايي شروع شده و سپس با معرفي خطرات اين عامل به بررسي روش هاي پيشگيري از آنها نيز مي پردازد. البته كه اين به معناي رسيدن به شرايط كاملا بدون خطر نيست و در واقع اصلا امكان پذير نيست بنابراين طبق استاندارد هاي ايمني شركت و متناسب با نياز كارخانه بايد روش هاي مجموعه اي از روش هاي گوناگون انتخاب شود و اين مجموعه بايد پذيرش كارگران را به همراه داشته و اثر مخربي بر توليد و عمليات نداشته باشد. مجموعه اي از سيستم هاي مقاوم در برابر آتش و انفجار ، رويكرد هاي مختلف سيستم ها و اصول طراحي و شرايط محيطي نيز در اين مقاله بررسي ميشود. هم چنين با تعريف فلسفه اي اين موضوع و انفجار و پراكندگي بخار، براي تصميم گيري بهتر براي انتخاب روش هاي در راستاي حفاظت در برابر آتش يك كارخانه، كمك مي كند

Fire, explosion, and environmental pollution are the most serious unpredictables affecting life and causing commercial losses to today s hydrocarbon industries. These issues have basically existed since the beginning of oil and chemical operations on an industrial scale in the middle of the last century. Therefore, decisions must be made to measure this risk to reduce the risk and update it. This article first starts with an explanation of the background of fire protection and its need in the chemical industry, and then by introducing the dangers of this factor, it also examines the methods of their prevention. Of course, this does not mean reaching completely risk-free conditions, and in fact it is not possible at all, therefore, according to the safety standards of the company and according to the needs of the factory, a set of different methods must be selected, and this set must accept workers along with and does not have a destructive effect on production and operations. A series of fire and explosion resistant systems, different systems approaches and design principles and environmental conditions are also reviewed in this article. Also, with the philosophical definition of this issue and the explosion and dispersion of steam, it helps to make a better decision to choose methods in line with the fire protection of a factory.
