In this study, an attempt to investigate strain-induced phase transformation in Co-26Cr-10Ni-8W alloy using up to 50% cold rolling has been made. The primarily as-cast microstructure of Co-26Cr-10Ni-8W alloy consists of M6C and M23C6 carbides while the obtained results showed that M6C carbide was dissociated by the carbon traps in dislocations generated during the plastic deformation.
