Analyzing the consequences of the presence of women working in ecolodges of the edge of the Lut desert

مقدمه: مشاركت زنان در توسعه اقتصادي در تمام سطوح و تمام بخشها براي ساختن اقتصادهايي محكم و ثابت، ضروري است. گردشگري يكي از فعاليتهايي است كه به دليل تنوع در مشاغل ، فرصت هاي قابل توجهي براي زنان ايجاد مي كند. با توجه به اهميت نقش زنان در افزايش درآمد خانواده و كاهش هزينه هاي توليد، يكي از راه‌هاي توسعه پايدار روستاها، تقويت نقش زنان فعال در حوزه اقامتگاه هاي بوم گردي و گردشگري روستايي بيان گرديده است. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش ارائه تحليل شبكه مضموني پيامدهاي حاصل از حضور زنان شاغل در اقامتگاه هاي بوم گردي حاشيه بيابان جهاني لوت مي باشد. داده و روش: در اين پژوهش از روش‌شناسي كيفي مردم نگاري استفاده شده است. بيست نفر از زنان شاغل در اين اقامتگاه ها از طريق نمونه-گيري هدفمند انتخاب و مورد مصاحبه عميق قرار گرفتند. براي تحليل داده‌ها از تحليل شبكه مضامين اترايد-استرلينگ استفاده شده است. يافته‌ها: در فرآيند شش مرحله اي تحليل، 82 كد اوليه به 11 تم بنيادين، 2 تم سازمان دهنده و يك تم فراگير «ارتقاء سطح كمي و كيفي زندگي زنان در جامعه» به عنوان پيامدهاي حضور در مشاغل گردشگري تقليل يافتند. نتيجه‌گيري: تحليل شبكه مضامين حاكي از آن است كه ورود به دنياي گردشگري براي زنان موردمطالعه در اين تحقيق، داراي پيامدهاي مشخص و قابل توجهي بوده است كه در سطح فردي و اجتماعي باعث ارتقاء سطح كيفي و كمي زندگي اين زنان در جامعه شده است. آنها از طرفي به توسعه در سطح فردي دست‌يافته و از طرف ديگر، به درجات والاي توسعه اجتماعي و كسب رضايتمندي‌هاي اجتماعي دست‌يافته‌اند.

Introduction: Women s participation in economic development at all levels and in all sectors is necessary to build strong and stable economies. Tourism is one of the activities that creates significant opportunities for women due to the variety of jobs. Considering the importance of women s role in increasing family income and reducing production costs, one of the ways of sustainable development of villages is to strengthen the role of active women in the field of ecolodges and rural tourism. The main goal of this research is to provide a thematic network analysis of the consequences of the presence of women working in ecolodges on the edge of the Lut desert. Data and method: Qualitative ethnographic methodology has been used in this research. Twenty women working in these residences were selected through purposeful sampling and subjected to in-depth interviews. Attride-Stirling theme network analysis was used to analyze the data. Results: In the six-step process of analysis, 82 primary codes were reduced to 11 fundamental themes, 2 organizing themes, and an overarching theme of improving the quality and quantity of women s lives in society as consequences of being in tourism jobs. Conclusion: The analysis of the network of themes indicates that entering the world of tourism for the women studied in this research has had specific and significant consequences that have improved the quality and quantity of these women s lives in the society at the individual and social level. On the one hand, they have achieved development at the individual level, and on the other hand, they have achieved high levels of social development and social satisfaction.
