بررسي نقش بام هاي سبز از ديدگاه معماري پايدار در جهت ارتقاء زيست محيطي ساختمان هاي ميان مرتبه شهرمشهد

Investigating the Role of Green Roofs from the Perspective of Sustainable Architecture in Enhancing the Environmental Sustainability of Mid-rise Buildings in Mashhad City.

دغدغه هاي زندگي شهرنشيني و به دنبال آن ساختمان هاي ميان مرتبه ، سبب فاصله افتادن بين طبيعت و انسان ها گرديده است. در صورتي كه سرشت انسانها با طبيعت آميخته بوده و اين عدم ارتباط با طبيعت مشكلات رواني و جسمي فراواني را براي انسانها، سببب گرديده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر پيشنهاد راهكارهاي طراحي جهت ارتباط ساختمان هاي ميان مرتبه مسكوني با طبيعبت(فضاي سبز) مي باشد. بدين منظور از روش تحليلي توصيفي، با ابزار تحليل گرافيكي استفاده شد. بدين ترتيب كه پس از مطالعه تاثيرات فضاي سبزبر انسان، راهكارهايي براي طراحي آپارتمانها(فرم غالب مسكن هاي شهري) با هدف افزايش حضورفضاي سبز در آپارتمانها تبيين شد. ازنتايج پژوهش، راهكارهايي درطراحي معماري مي باشد كه به طراحي و بازطراحي انواع فضاهاي باز و نيمه باز و كيفيت بخشيدن به اين فضاها و توجه به عوامل طبيعي اطراف سايت ، منجر مي شود. با توجه به تاثيرات مثبت ارتباط با طبيعت بر انسان؛ اميد است كه در آينده بهره مندي از طبيعت و فضاي سبز در طراحي ها به عنوان يكي از اصول طراحي فضاي معماري بيش از پيش مدنظر طراحان قرار گيرد.

The concerns of urban life, followed by middle-class buildings, have caused a gap between nature and humans. If the nature of humans is mixed with nature and this lack of connection with nature has caused many psychological and physical problems for humans. The purpose of this research is to propose design solutions to connect middle-class residential buildings with nature (green space). For this purpose, descriptive analysis method was used with graphic analysis tool. In this way, after studying the effects of green space on humans, solutions for the design of apartments (the dominant form of urban housing) were explained with the aim of increasing the presence of green space in apartments. From the results of the research, there are solutions in architectural design that lead to the design and redesign of open and semi-open spaces and to improve the quality of these spaces and pay attention to the natural factors around the site. Considering the positive effects of communication with nature on humans; It is hoped that in the future, taking advantage of nature and green spaces in designs will be considered by designers as one of the principles of architectural space design.
