The right to a clean environment with special attention to sustainable tourism and green logistics

فرآيند جهاني شدن شهرها پيامدهاي نامطلوب مختلفي براي محيط زيست و جامعه به همراه داشته است، از جمله افزايش آلودگي محيط زيست، تغييرات آب و هوايي، فرسودگي و تخريب منابع. تأثير اين فرآيندها تضمين حقوق شهروندي در محيط پاك را دشوار مي كند و اجراي اين حق نيازمند راه حل هاي پيچيده است. هدف اين مقاله بحث حق داشتن محيط زيست پاك براي مردم با راه‌حل‌هاي ممكن براي گردشگري پايدار، مانند گردشگري با دوچرخه، قابليت پياده‌روي و موارد ديگر است كه مي‌تواند به ما كمك كند تا در چگونگي تعادل، احترام، حفاظت و اجراي حقوق بشر در جهان تجديدنظر كنيم.

The globalization process of cities has yielded various undesirable consequences for the environment and society, including increased environmental pollution, climate change and the exhaustion and destruction of resources. The influence of these processes makes it difficult to guarantee citizens’ rights to a clean environment, and the implementation of this right requires complex solutions. The aim of this article is to discuss the right to a clean environment for people with possible solutions for sustainable tourism, such as bicycle tourism, walkability and others that can help us rethink how to balance, respect, protect and enforce human rights in the world
