An experimental study has been dedicated to investigate the effect of various parameters on Electrophotic Deposition (EPD) of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on the surface of glass texture. new arrangement in electrodes was applied to enable the process for deposition of charged particles on the surface of insulated glass textures. CNTs functionality, CNTs charges in the process, field strength, time and suspension concentration were the main parameters dominants this process and was studied in several test procedures. The results in the form of current density and deposition mass in each process analyzed comprehensively to achieve the best design parameters for producing large specimens for mechanical applications. Among applied fields, 200 V/cm showed better and more stable deposition. The most efficient concentration was found in 0.6 g/L. More than 580% higher deposition has been observed through concentrated solutions from 0.2 to 0.6 g/L in fixed field strength. The deposition enhancement through field alteration was about 400% by changing fields from 100 to 200 V/cm in fixed CNT concentration. Scanning electron microscopy images also confirmed the deposition quality.
