Investigating the effect of dye concentration on color inconstancy index of the dyed fabric

There are different parameters affecting the color constancy of colored objects. In the present study, the effect of the dye concentration on color constancy of dyed fabrics was investigated. The amounts of color inconstancy index of each dye type with different concentrations were studied and it was found that in addition to the type of dyes, the concentration of dyes has a significant influence on color constancy of the samples. It was found that by increasing the dye concentration the color inconstancy index of the dyed fabric first increases and then at a specific concentration which is dependent on the type of dye decreases.
