چكيده فارسي :
In this paper, we consider and define the concept of hyper
universal algebras. The §-hyperalgebra is introduced and several properties
are found. We show that the set of all regular and strongly regular relations
which denoted by Reg(A) and Regs(A), respectively, are algebraic closed set
systems. Finally, we define the fundamental relation on a §-hyperalgebra
as the smallest strongly regular relation.
