چكيده فارسي :
The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of transformational leadership on quality of working life through the mediating role of perceived organizational justice among the employees working at Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. In the study, the population consists of all staff of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. The methodology of the research is an applied method by purpose and the research is a descriptive research by data collection, and it is experimental in terms of the relationship between research variables based on structural equations. Moreover, analysis of data was conducted using SPSS and LISREL software programs; and research results indicated that transformational leadership has a positive significant effect on quality of working life of staff through the mediating role of perceived organizational justice
