Essential need to produce the light weight products like automobiles in automobile industries, forced engineering to find new solutions for it and aluminum is one of these solutions. However, Based on poor formability, the quality of finished products are not able to meet the qualification of finished products, especially in complex shaped products. But they have better formability at high temperatures. On the ground of this issue, this paper represents the temperature-dependent anisotropic material simulation which is performed for AA7075 and by taking benefit of a coupled thermo mechanical finite
element analysis of the forming process, FEM study is performed at room and 400 0C temperature with different strain rates. Analysis of the stamping of an aluminum sheet was simulated using a hemispherical punch under the pure stretch boundary condition. Simulation results were compared with experimental data to evaluate the accuracy of the
simulation ability to predict both forming behavior and failure locations. Simulations show a close agreement with experimental studies. The bifurcation model was used in the analysis of simulation results.
