چكيده فارسي :
Nanocrystalline strontium hexaferrite (SrFe12O19) powders have been synthesized using a co-precipitation– calcination route. The ferrite precursors were obtained from aqueous mixtures of strontium nitrate and ferric nitrate by precipitating strontium and iron ions using 5 M sodium hydroxide solution at pH=12. These precursors were calcined at different temperatures ranging from 900 to 1100 oC in a static air atmosphere. The final powders were comprehensively investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), which the maximum saturation magnetization (58.71 emu/g) was achieved at the calcination temperature at 900 oC.
