In this study, synthesis and characterization of disperse reactive dye containing trichloro triazine on base of disperse dye was carried out. The synthesized dye ball milled for 1 and 3 h. Particles size of synthesized dye was measured by SEM. The dye was applied on nylon 6 fibers. The effect of particles size change with the milling time and dye concentration on the percentage exhaustion were investigated. The results show that percentage exhaustion values increased by milling time, It can be due to decrease of particles size by milling time and percent exhaustion values decreased as dye concentration increased. The synthesized dye show good wash fastness and moderate light fastness.
