Investigation on the reasons of lack of prosperity in commercializing the research outputs in paint and resin Industries

Paint and Resin are among the largest industries in the country. Directly or indirectly, a significant proportion of employment in the country involved. Despite the establishment of the engineering polymer and color trends in universities and research centers in different levels of graduations and despite the high volume of research conducted at the centers during the past thirty years, the thechnologycal output of these centers,appears very negligible. This failure may be locked in the failed search for the methods listed in the commercial sector. In this paper, with a population made up of academics, artisans, students and others and plan appropriate questions is relevant to this pathology from different angles , using a modern methods of statistical reliability the measurement performed by using factor analysis, the most important and influential factors were identified. Then inferential statistics such as the Kruskal - Wallis test and t-test, issues were analyzed. It must be said that business problem impairment of social, industry and academia incompatibility, lack of government support and infrastructure are the most important prosperity in commercializing the outputs of paint and resin researchs.
