An investigation of the most effective components and indicators of outsourcing the services and ranking them through TOPSIS technique

Market growth and global competitiveness on the one hand and the need to use new techniques to survive and develop market share on the other hand are very significant. In the meantime, it is really necessary to consider the concept of outsourcing for the optimal use of resources inside and outside the company and also to integrate the costs with the strategies of the company. Hence, in the present study the components and indicators impacting on outsourcing of the services in Iran Central Iron Ore Company have been determined and their priorities have been addressed. Data collection was done by using questionnaire and TOPSIS method was used for data analysis. The results of the study indicate 6 influential components and 12 indicators impacting on the company outsourcing of the services. Besides, the cost was introduced as the most important component while using rewarding and punishing policies were ranked as the most important indicator.
