چكيده لاتين :
One of the most important criteria in order to select bank by
people is general satisfaction of people from the bank. Based on
the research, some essential criteria for selecting bank as
following: convenience, friends’ recommendation, reputation of
bank, amount of lending, friendliness of bank staff, low cost of
services, suitable hours for banking services, providing special
and high quality services and so on. Importance the factors can
be differentiate and depends on various factors like age, gender,
income, location, expert, cultural background of clients and type
of bank (Islamic or traditional). In current research, we seek to
investigate essential factors in accepting and developing ebanking
in Iran and also use experience of other countries in
field on e-banking in order to compare countries and identify
effective criteria in this field.
