Estimation of most productive scale size with Integer data

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a mathematical programming for efficiency evaluation and target setting for a set of Decision Making Units (DMUs). It is important for a firm to perform its strategy in a way that it involves the attempt to create a unique and valuable position. An implicit assumption in the strategy literature is that a firm’s strategy should be successful if it is well executed. Many investigations have been made in order to find a MPSS for under assessment DMU. In this paper we consider this subject where there exist subsets of input and (or) output variables for which the correspondence elements are confined to be integer valued
