چكيده فارسي :
نظر به این كه نگرش بر رفتار اثر می گذارد و با رفتار یك رابطه علت و معلولی دارد، مطالعه نگرش نسبت به فعالیت های حركتی و ورزشی به عنوان خاستگاه رفتار آگاهانه در جهت نیل به اهداف بهزیستی و تندرستی از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی و مقایسه نگرش و گرایش دانشجویان دانشگاه شاهد به فعالیت های حركتی و ورزش و ارائه راهكار برای افزایش مشاركت دانشجویان به فعالیت های حركتی می باشد.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: Considering that attitudes affect behavior and have a causal relationship with behavior, the
Study of attitudes toward Exercise and sports activities As the origin of conscious behavior to achieve the
goals of social welfare and health is important. The purpose of this study is Survey and comparison of
Attitudes and Tendency to Exercise and Sport Activities in students of Shahed university and presentation
Basic Solution with increasing students attitudes toward dynamic activities.
Methodology: the research method of this study is survey and the population is the students of Shahed
university with 6828 individual that from them 388 individual was randomly selected as the research sample.
Instrument was a questionnaire it was prepared with 28 attitudes items with Cronbach Alpha reliability (r:
0.85), 12 Tendency Items, and 9 individual traits. Data were analyzed with one-sample kolmogrov-smirnov,
chi square, U-mann whitney, repeated measures ANOVA, and Bonfferoni post hoc test, in significance level
of P≤0.05.
Results: Results show that 47% percent of students don’t participate in sport activities. Post pining the daily
works was one of the main factors that preventing participation in exercise and sport activities. Most students
were interested to physical fitness, swimming and football. Between the Attitudes of exercise and sport
activities in boy and girl students education was significant difference was not significant differences but
between athletics and not athletics in some dimensions was significant differences (P<0/05). while Between
the attitudes of exercise and sport activities in students with specifications such as sex, , family was not
significant differences.
Discussion and conclusions: The results of this research and other studies show that specifications of
individual can followed by attitudes and tendencies to exercise and sport activities.
