كيفيتهاي استاندارد شده اين نظام است."ارزشيابي اثربخشي" برنامه هاي ترويج كشاورزي به عنوان فرايندي پايدار در
بررسي تحقق اهداف و ميزان رضايتمندي فعاليتهاي اين نظام تلقي مي شود. هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، واكاوي
ارزشيابي اثربخشي فعاليت هاي ترويج كشاورزي در طرح ارتقاء ميانگين گندم ديم به سمت توليدگان برتر در شهرستان
88 مي باشد. اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي و كاربردي بوده و جامعه - هشترود استان آذربايجانشرقي در طول سال زراعي 89
آماري تحقيق 100 نفر از كشاورزان گندمكار در مراكز جهاد كشاورزي حومه و فتح مي باشد. گردآوري داده ها با
روش سرشماري از طريق پرسشنامه و مصاحبه از كشاورزان تحت پوشش صورت گرفت.روايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از
پانل متخصصان و پايايي آن بوسيله آلفاي كرونباخ 0.75 گزارش گرديد. آمار تحليلي شامل آزمونهاي مقايسه اي بود.
نتايج مقايسه ميانگين ها بيانگر آن است كه گندمكاران تحت پوشش طرح و برخوردار از آموزشهاي ترويجي در مقايسه
با گروه عدم برخوردار از آموزشهاي ترويجي، ميزان عملكرد و توليد درآمد بيشتري دارا بودند. ضريب بهره وري براي
مقايسه درآمد اين دو گروه در ارتباط با هزينه هاي مصرفي در ارائه آموزشهاي ترويجي به آنها، 5.92 به دست آمد. اين
امر بيانگر آن است كه به ازاي هر ريال سرمايه گذاري در آموزش هاي ترويجي، 5.92 ريال به درآمد كشاورزان
آموزش ديده در مقايسه با گروهي كه آموزش نديده اند، اضافه گرديده است

Abstract
"Agricultural productivity, promote" sustainable process of efficiency, effectiveness,
rationality, and according to the standard qualities of this system. "Effectiveness
evaluation" programs to promote sustainable agriculture as a process of reviewing goals
and satisfaction activities system is considered. The aim of this study, the analysis
evaluated the effectiveness of agricultural extension activities in the promotion of dry
land wheat in the top manufacturers Hashtrood city in East Azarbaijan province crop
year is 88-89. This study was descriptive and applied research, 100 wheat population
centers and the suburbs of Agriculture is conquered. Census data collected through
questionnaires and interviews with farmers were covered. Its validity using a panel of
experts and its reliability by Cronbachʹs alpha 0.75 were reported. Comparative tests
were included for analysis. Results indicate that compared with wheat cover design and
extension of the training group compared with the lack of training, promotion,
performance and production levels had a higher income. Factor productivity for the two
groups was compared with spending in the proposed extension to their training, 5.92,
respectively. This suggests that for every Rial promote investment in education, 5.92
rials to the income of farmers trained compared with untrained groups that have been
added.
