this study was evaluated the effects of ecstasy on the glutamatergic system and interaction ecstasy with glutamatergic system on memory. For this task were used of 77 male rats. All medicenes were administered surgically implanted into the brain for 7 days. Then was investigated using the morris water maze spatial memory in rats. Results showed the ecstasy is reduced spatial memory. Ecstasy can interfere with glutamatergic system and may casue changes in spatial memory
