چكيده فارسي :
Absorption coefficient of various NeI spectral lines emitted from neon positive column part of discharge has been calculated
by use of TopHat theory. Discharge current (up to 30 mA) and gas pressure range of (1-10 mbar) have been employed. The
obtained results have been compared with Integration of absorption coefficient and good agreement is achived. Finally
calculation of population density of 5
2 5 2P 3s :1s − levels (meta-stable, radiative) has been carried out by studying of variations
of absorption coefficient with discharge current and gas pressure.
