شناسايي تركيبات شيميايي و خواص آنتي اكسيداني اسانس برگ رزماري(Rosmarinusofficinalis L) شهرستان بجنورد

اسانسها وعصاره گیاهان دارویی ازقدیم دارای اهمیت بسزایی بوده اند زیرا حاوی تركیبات آنتی اكسیدانی میباشند. Rosmarinus گیاهی است مقاوم به سرما و شرایط خشكی، پایا وازخانواده نعنائیان می باشد. اسانس این گیاه شفابخش در پزشكی وصنایع بهداشتی كاربرد زیادی دارد. این گیاه دراوایل بهار دراستان گیلان جمع اوری می شود. اندام دارویی را در رزماری( Rosmarinus ) برگ و سرشاخه های گلدار گیاه تشكیل می دهند . هدف ازاین مطالعه،تحقیق وبررسی اجزای تشكیل دهنده وفعالیت آنتی اكسیدانی اسانس برگ رزماری (Rosmarinusofficinalis L ) شهرستان بجنوردباروش GC-MS می باشد. دراین روش بعدازجمع اوری وخشك كردن گیاه، اسانس گیری به روش تقطیر با آب انجام شد وبا استفاده از دستگاه GC-MS تجزیه وشناسایی اسانس انجام گردید. ازبین تركیبات شناسایی شده عمده ترین درصد مربوط به تركیبات ذیل می باشد: آلفا فنیل استات ( alpha-Fenchyl acetate (44 / 5 %) ، كامفن Camphene 47 / 12% ،( 1 و 8 سینئول) 1,8-Cineole () 93 / 21% ،) بورنیل استات( Bornyl acetate) (25 / 22% ). دراین پژوهش اثرات آنتی اكسیدانی عصاره رزماری درمقایسه با آنتی اكسیدان سنتزی BHT ، مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. با در نظر گرفتن اثرات منفی آنتی اكسیدانهای سنتزی و نیز با توجه به نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق می توان عصاره رزماری رابه عنوان جانشینی برای آنتی اكسیدان صنعتی BHT پیشنهاد نمود.

From ancient times essences and herbal medicine distillations had a great significance cause they contained antioxidants. Rosmarinus is a herb which is resistant to low tempreture,droughts and is a stable herb from the Lamiaceac. the essence of this remedial herb is very useful in medicine and sanitary industries.This herb is being harvested during early spring in province of Gilan. Pharmaceutical organs in Rosmarinus are the leaves and flowered branch tops.The purpose of this study is to search and look for the components and antioxidants activity of Rosmarinusleaves essence in Bojnord city with GC-MS method. in this method after collecting and drying, essence extraction has been done by distillation method. then the analysis and recognition was done with the GC-MS machine. Alpha-Fenchylacetate(5/44%),camphene(12/47%),1 8-cineole(21/93%),bornyl acetate(22/25%) have got the main points among the compositions. In this research the antioxidants effects of Rosmarinus extract comparing to the BHT synthesis antioxidant was studied. Under the concideretion of negative effects of synthesis antioxidants and according to the results of this research, the Rosmarinus extract is recommended as a substitute for BHT industrial antioxidant.
