Rural regions development policies based on land use planning to incorporate expressive features of the regions sustainable development policy and policy planners in rural regions should be developed in a way that is sustainable rural based activities. Thought concepts of space research, including basic issues in land use planning studies are planned. In this context, the inclusion of all elements of spatial analysis in space and its features is important. Today, the rural planners acknowledge that rural communities better access to basic services and infrastructure, an important tool in regional development is accelerating. The objective of this research is studying and leveling villages in the central dist. of Shiraz considering level of development. The research methodology used in this research is descriptive-analytical method and considering the objective, it is applied in which the statistical documents and applicable models of geography are used to analyze the object. In order to carry out this research, first of all the data have been collected in the form of documents, then 22 variables with 8 different indices, central index and cluster analysis method with K mean have been used to level the selected villages in three categories, meaning developed, developing and undeveloped. The result of this research show that most of the villages in the central dist. of Shiraz have been ranked in cluster 3 and considering level of development, 72/54% of villages are undeveloped, 24/52% are developing and 2/94% are developed.
