چكيده فارسي :
In this study, has been trying to pay attention to the importance of the leadership style of
the managers in the Organization on the minds of the staff organization (even preferred
over the front and its customers), in order to retain employees, the draw. Hence in this
article is to examine the influence of leadership styles (transactional and nonintervention,
transformative) impulse has been paid staff. This method was applied in
terms of the goals and the nature, and in terms of data collected in the survey, a
hypothesis test is-descriptive. For the analysis of the hypothesis of the coefficient of
regression using SPSS software and Version of 20 has been used. Research findings show
that leadership style, can lead to increased satisfaction and ultimately increase employee
