This paper describes a Voltage Controlled Ring Oscillator (VCO) with low power supply noise. The VCO designed in 1.2V power supply using TSMC 0.13μm CMOS technology, exhibits a very wide tuning range from 1.33GHz to 4GHz. Its power consumption is only 15 mW and its output power supply noise has been reduced by 15%.
