بررسي آستانه پراكندگي بريلئون القايي در فيبرهاي نوري

In this paper, the effects of the fiber length on the stimulated Brilluoin scattering threshold (SBST) is studied. The variation of the Brilluoin threshold in terms of the length of single-mode optical fibers with constant loss coefficient has been studied by two methods, i.e. Modified Bessel Function – short fiber approximation and analytical solution. The results of the investigations are as follows: in all cases the Brilluoin threshold decreases with increasing fiber length and Bessel approximation is a more reliable method in calculation of SBST.
