The rapid growth of cloud services and the growing user demands gain resources are the reason of the development and popularity of the cloud networks. This environment gives users the illusion of infinite resources so they can be used resources on demand. Cloud resource providers want to gain more efficiency from its own resources. Their main aim is to reduce cost and maximize revenue from providing services to users. Users also want to minimize her/his costs and achieve to adequate efficiency. The proper use of resources in the cloud is a challenge. Proper scheduling of tasks is an important issue and respond to the request in the shortest time requires a correct management of resources, which can handle many requests with the number of sources identified. Reduce the time, is one of the main concerns of cloud resource providers, on the other hand, user reliability is very important. Time and reliability are two conflicted aims, improving these aims together is the main purpose of this study. This research applied multi-objective optimization method which consider several conflicting objectives together
