In this study, LiF:Mn, Cu nano phosphor prepared by chemical co-precipitation technique and Microwave
Method. Nanoparticles formation confirmed by X-ray diffraction pattern. The average size is 40 nm for the
chemical co-precipitation technique and 20 nm for the Microwave Method. The Glow curves of both are simple
and they have prominent single peak in 450 K. Both of them have a linear response up to 1000 Gy of gammarays
from 60Co. For the smaller size of sample in lower dose the sensivity of phosphor is high. Also the
thermoluminescence fading for this sample is less than the other. The results show, both types of nanophosphor
conditions are highly suitable for use in dosimetry at high dose levels.
