In todayʹs competitive world, organizationsʹ survival lies in presenting new products and services. Hence, successful organizations are those making more effective usage of their intangible assets as well as their physical and human assets. Social capital is one of the dimensions of intangible assets, and makes a higher and more significant contribution to firms compared to financial and human capitals. The present research aims to study the impact of social capital upon organizational entrepreneurship in the Chitra Company. Hence, the correlation between the structural and qualitative aspects of social capital and organizational entrepreneurship was examined. Questionnaires were used in order to test the hypotheses. The results showed a direct, strong correlation between this social capital and the entrepreneurship in the firm concerned. Furthermore, the findings point out social capital to have a strong, direct correlation with organizational entrepreneurship qualitatively and structurally.
