بررسي خواص اپتيكي نانو كريستال هاي كادميم تلورايد(CdTe) سنتز شده با استفاده از تابش امواج مايكرو ويو

In this work we have synthesized of the CdTe (NCs) using a microwave activated method . CdSO4 and NaBH4 were used as the precursors and thioglycolic acid (TGA) was used as the capping agent and the catalyst of the reaction .The structure and optical property of the NCs were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) ,X-ray diffraction (XRD),UV-visible optical spectroscopy and photoluminescence (PL) analyses. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analyses demonstrated cubic phase CdTe NCs with an average size around 2.75 nm Synthesized NCs exhibited band gap of about 2.15 eV
