عملكرد محيطي ساختمان بر اساس روش مميزي و سيستم رتبه بندي ليد

امروزه ساخت و ساز بخش عظیمی از انرژی مصرفی و انتشار گاز دی اكسید كربن در جهان را به خود اختصاص داده است. نزدیك به 50 درصد از كل انرژی مصرفی جهان و حدود 38 درصد از كل گاز دی اكسیدكربن منتشر شده در دنیا مربوط به بخش ساختمان سازی است، همچنین تحقیقات نشان داده است كه بخش ساختمان و ساخت و ساز یك سوم از كل میزان مصرف منابع انرژی، آب پاك و مصالح زمین را به خود اختصاص داده است لذا ساخت خانه های جدید فرصتی را ایجاد می كند تا با این مشكل جدی روبرو شده و راه حل هایی را در كاهش مصرف انرژی و توقف انتشار گازهای مخرب لایه ازن ارائه دهد. تدوین برنامه ریزی ها و استاندارد های خانه سازی در راستای كاهش انتشار كربن و كاهش مصرف انرژی مدت هاست كه در كشورهای مختلف آغاز شده است و معرفی سیستم های انرژی با ضریب انتشار كربن پایین در دستور كار سازمان ها و نهاد های متولی مدیریت مصرف انرژی قرار گرفته است. در این راستا موسسه انرژی آمریكا با معرفی سیستم رتبه بندی لید، استانداردهایی را برای رتبه بندی و كیفیت ، مدون كرد با توجه به گستردگی این سیستم، می توان سیستم رتبه بندی لید را موفق ترین روش ممیزی عملكرد محیطی ساختمان ها معرفی كرد. روش تحقیق به صورت تحقیق كیفی با رویكرد كاربردی و با ابزار مطالعات كتابخانه ای و اسناد جمع آوری شده از موسسه ممیزی عملكرد محیطی ساختمان، لید می باشد، و راهكارهایی برای كاهش انتشار گاز دی اكسید كربن، صرفه جویی و كاهشمصرف انرژی ارائه می شود.

Currently, a huge portion of consumed energy and CO2 gas distribution in the world is assigned to construction. Near to 50 percent of overall world consumed energy and about 38 percent of overall distributed CO2 gas are related to construction. Researches also represent that the portion of construction in use of energy resources, pure water and Earth stuff is one third, so using new method of construction can provide a new opportunity to face such serious problem and help us to represent new solution to decline energy consuming and prevention of Ozone layer wrecker gases distribution. Recordation of construction programs and criteria to reduce Carbon distribution and energy consumption have been started in different countries and introduction of energy systems which can reduce coefficient of Carbon distribution placed in programs of organization and institutions who are responsible of energy consumption management. To do this, USA Energy Institution records some standards to ranking and level of quality by introducing the LEED ranking system. Consideration to extension of such systems, we can mention it as most successful audit method of environmental performance of buildings. Research method is a qualitative and applied one and is gathered by laboratory studies, and gathered documents and evidences belong to audit institution of environmental performance of buildings, LEED, and also some procedures and method related to reduction of distribution of CO2 gas, saving and reduction of energy consumption are introduced.
