تاثيرطراحي فضاي باز مجتمع هاي مسكوني امروزي درجهت ايجادحس رضايتمندي درساكنين

دردهه های اخیر به دلیل تغییر در ویژگی های جمعیتی و اجتماعی تنوع زیادی را در مسكن شاهد بوده كه تاثیر بسیاری در شكل گیری مجتمع های مسكونی داشته است. از جمله این تغییرات تنزل نقش فضای باز (فضاهای مختلف محوطه) در مجتمع های مسكونی امروزی نسبت به خانه های سنتی است كه باعث قطع ارتباط اجتماعی نیز شده است. توجه ویژه به طراحی مجتمع های مسكونی به عنوان حیاط مشترك و جمعی در بسیاری از گونه های مسكن امروزی ضروری است. فضای باز در مجتمعهای مسكونی تبلور ماهیت زندگی جمعی است، علاوه برآن برای تعاملات اجتماعی در مجتمع های مسكونی نقشی بستر ساز ایفا می كند. بنابراین هدف اصلی پژوهش شناخت تاثیر فضای باز در مجتمع های مسكونی امروزی بر میزان تعاملات اجتماعی ساكنین است. كه پژوهش فوق با روش تحلیلی، كیفی بوده و اطلاعات به صورت كتابخانه ای و با توجه به اسناد و مدارك تهیه شده است، مقایسه ای بین فضای باز در مسكن سنتی و مدرن انجام شده و در تلاش است، نشان دهد فضای باز مكملی برای فضای سبز در خانه های معاصر است. و موقعیتهایی را برای رشد خلاقیت، معاشرت، تعامل اجتماعی وآرامش و تفریح را برقرار می كند. بنابراین، نیاز به بازنگری و توجه ویژه به طراحی فضای باز در مجتمع مسكونی امروزی ضروری است.

During recent decades due to the changes in population and social features, we have witnessed numerous varieties in housing which have had many impacts on the formation of residential complexes. One of these changes is the reduction in the role of open space ( different spaces outside the complexes) in modern residential complexes compared with traditional houses which has led to the disconnection of social relations. Special attention to the design of residential complexes having common yards is a necessity in modern houses. Open spaces in residential complexes are a reflection of social life. Furthermore, they play a major role in social interactions in residential complexes. Therefore, this research attempts to study the impact of open spaces of residential complexes on social interactions of their residents. This study is an analytical and qualitative research and the data have been collected via library study based on the available documents and references. Open spaces in modern and traditional houses have been compared and attempt has been made to show that the open space complements the green space in modern houses and it creates situations which foster creativity, relationships, social interactions, peace and entertainment. Hence, a review and special attention to the design of open spaces in modern residential complexes is essential.
