كاربرد نانو پوشش ها در جهت مقابله با خوردگي بدنه كشتي ها

در دو دهه ی اخیر نانو ذرات بكار رفته در پوشش نانو به عنوان محافظی فوق العاده در مواد شناخته شده اند. تحقیقات وسیعی در حوزه ی عملی و نظری در خصوص نانو مواد با خصوصیات ویژه، چگونگی كاربری آنها، شناخت مكانیسم عملكرد، عوامل مؤثر و همچنین نحوه ی استفاده ی بهینه به ویژه در كاربردهای دریایی انجام شده است. خوردگی بسیار زیاد محیط دریا مانند خلیج فارس، از معضلات اساسی كشتی ها و نگهداری سكوهای دریایی است. بر اساس مشخصه های مواد نانو و خوردگی در كشتی، ویژگی های بسیار خوب پوشش های نانو از قبیل سختی، مقاومت پوششی، ضد خوردگی، ضد آلودگی و غیره میباشند كه در این مقاله به طور كامل به آنها پرداخته شده است.

In recent two decades, nano particles applied nano coatings have been introduced as the super coating materials. Wide researches have been done in practical and theoretical aspect about nano materials with special characteristics, way of producing, how to use them, recognizing performance mechanism, effective factors and how to use beneficially, specially in marine usages. Expanded corrosion of sea, like Persian Gulf, is one of essential problems for ships and offshore platforms. Based on the characteristics of nano-material and ship corrosion, the excellent properties of nano-painting such as toughening, wear resistance, anti-corrosion, anti-pollution, etc. are completely introduced in this paper.
