Ability to motivate subordinates - a great art. Companies in which management personnel mastered this art to flourish. The path to high performance management process is only a solution to the problem of effective motivation. In any enterprise motivation involves driving force that initiates the process and provides an effective job, but to solve the problem of motivation can only be introducing an effective mechanism for motivating employees. However, it is obvious that for the formation of a strategy of motivation of staff currently require a radical revision of traditional enterprises to common labor relations between workers and managers.
