Abstract
The quality properties of some durum wheat genotypes were investigated in Diyarbakır locationduring 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 growing seasons. Thirteen durum wheat genotypes including twolandrace with different characterictics were used as genetic material. The experiment established asa randomized complete block split design with three replications in irrigated conditions and testweight, thousand grain weight, vitreousness, protein content, semolina color and mSDS value wereevaluated as quality parameters. Also, according to Biplot graph, protein content and vitreousnesswere in the same group while thousand grain weight, test weight, semolina color and mSDS valuewere found in separate groups from each other. The genotype of Diyarbakır 81 was most tolerantfor stress conditions while the genotypes of OmrabiS, Şölen and Ç-1252 were more suitable forfavourable conditions.
