CRIMINAL LIABILITY AND COMPENSATION RELATIONSHIP IN ISLAMIC LAW
Abstract :
In the first part of this study, it was explained that person’s responsibility is result of his action and researched right and act capacities . In the second part of this study, it was maked definition of recovery, also , it was explained that is imposible to escape compensation liability even he escaped criminal liability. In the third part of study, it was examined about basic conditions of criminal liability. Finally, it was explained that the basic reason of criminal liability are not to do mantatory rules and to do prohibited rules.
