Abstract :
The survey has been applied on 329 nurses working at public hospitals in Sivas city centre in order to determine the level of labor satisfaction that nurses have had at their jobs and the answers given have been evaluated statistically. %42,49 oj nurses who have joined the survey have mentioned that they dont have labor satisfaction in their jobs. We can say that these percentage sections have been exposed by some factors such as working conditions, physical environment, shift system, salary, occupational risk, intense working conditions, not to be distilled, promotion, inadequate promotion possibilities, not to be mentioned well among the society and inequality in nurse occupation. As a result of all these negative situations they have had, %68,4 of nurses want to do another job. %49,9 of them think leaving the job, %42 arent happy with their jobs and %63,5 dont advise their job tosomeone else.
