Abstract :
Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) by the European Council of foreign language learning and teaching is a work that comparable standards. It is the product of a study international partnership.CEFR, is perceived that, does not seem to give importance to translation work at first glance. Considering as a whole foreign language teaching, It is clear that translation studies should not be overlooked. Action-oriented approach not separate to language user from their social contexts. So,we need to be more responsive to technological developments. Therefore, the adaptation of web-based translation software to the educational environment is inevitable. Especially, in the context of education of translation at the secondary level of education is required and our age is in need of.
