Abstract :
This study investigated the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the Childhooh Narcissism Scale (Thomaes, Stegge, Bushman, Olthof and Denissen, 2008). The sample of study consists of 238 primary school and age range is 9-14. Fit index values of the model were x²=49.88, df=35, p=0.04920, RMSEA=.042, NFI=.91, IFI=.97, CFI=.97, GFI=.96, SRMR=.050. The internal consistency reliability coefficient of the scale was found as .72. Also the corrected item-total correlations ranged from .29 to .52. These results demonstrate that this scale is a valid and reliable instrument.
