Abstract :
Aim of this research is to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and to identify the effects of job satisfaction on OCB of hotel employees. In addition to this, it was analyzed whether demographic characteristics of hotel employees differentiate their job satisfaction and OCB level. A survey was conducted and according to results obtained from 321 valid questionnaires there is a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and OCB. Besides it is found that there are significant differences between some of the demographic characteristics of the employees and job satisfaction and OCB though departments of employees didn’t affect job satisfaction and OCB.
