The Ice Cream Product in Kahramanmaraş and Its Results, Seasonal Migration
Abstract :
Turkey, due to its unique geographical conditions is a rich country in terms of local products. In this study, the economic situation of Kahramanmaraş hand-churned ice cream which is liked and consumed in large quantities in our county and the properties of seasonal migration which occurs in certain months of the year for doing retail trade and ice-cream production through the country were presented. To achieve this study a questionnaire method was used which consists of 359 people who went out of the city for retail trade and ice-cream production in Kahramanmaraş city between November 2010-April 2010 and 25 questions were asked. Questionnaire results were evaluated with geographic methods and results were obtained.
