Abstract :
In this study, ongoing social events, from North Africa and the Arabian Peninsula in the last months of 2010 called Arab Spring were studied. Within this context, geographical features ofthe area, the importance of energy resources objectives and roles of the U.S. and the EU states in spatial regulation, Turkey’s attitude towards the possible developments due to the historical and geographic relations.Not distributing the geographic features to each country equally cause organization of plans and projects for sharing the mentioned features and border disagreements, revolts and civil wars. The Arab Spring Movement being experienced in North African and Middle Eastern states are an example of this situation and is important for forming the new world order. Turkey is one of the most affected states due to its geographical position. Therefore, Turkey should follow a rational, peaceful and a democratic multidimensional policy to ensure compliance with the developments in the political setting.
