Abstract :
Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infection is one of the most common sexually transmitted disease. In this study, 50 years old male patient is presented with a growing mass in anal region for 6 years. Surgical exicision was performed with a giant anal condyloma diagnose and squamose cell carcinoma in few areas was reported in pathology specimen, radiotheraphy was performed in the postoperative period. There was no recurrence in six months period.As a result, surgery is an effective theraphy for giant anal condylomas..
