Abstract :
Nowadays, living conditions and changing consumer expectations have changed. Changing expectations, many innovations in product and service marketing has revealed. Consumer demands and expectations have changed and the marketing mix elements have been insufficient. Therefore, according to the marketing mix today s conditions were improving.The use of marketing mix elements of product and service will vary depending on the sector. Also marketing mix elements have a great importance in the Restaurant marketing. If restaurants businesses want to provide a competitive advantage to their marketing mix elements must be organized as business and consumer direction. The four main elements on based businesses of the marketing mix are product, price, promotion and place.The four basic marketing mix elements as comprehensive consumer are customer value, customer convenience, customer costs and customer communications. Economic, socio-cultural, geological and political structure, demografic charasteristics of consumers, and many environmental factors play the role on marketing mix elements is expanded. In this study of restaurant marketing mix elements is examined in terms of marketing.
