  • Abstract
    In this study, main definitions of human resources and practices, the relationship between value added concepts of human resources and competitive advantage will be discussed. Human resources function empowers and sustains the market position of organizations due to the features such as, valuableness, non-imitations and rarity.The main condition for organizational survival is creating orgaizational conditions in which the employees can fully use their competencies.In the esence of this technical subject like strategic management, human concept paradigm exists.
